ebay swingarms

Finally got around to getting the bike out to finish up the build. Need to put a swingarm on it. I was having a hard time deciding on either +4 or +6 but i think i'm going to go with the +4. Are these good arms? anybody run them?

The bike will used for mostly riding at Busco beach in NC. Drag racing and just riding around in the open (no muddy trails), with a week long trip riding Glamis every year. I like the looks of the +6 but feel it's too much for cutting up and having fun?

 

Anyway..Going to order a arm today. Are these any good?

Just my opinion but I would look around for a used one. I would also consider  a + 6 if your going to run the drag.

How would a +6 do on the jumps? I don't want to build a "drag only" bike.  More of a an "all around" bike that does good on the track.

Ive lightly jumped this +5.5" without any strange things happening. But i dont do the big-air stuff.  Mostly whoops,and dune jumps. All sand riding.

I ended up ordering a +6 off ebay for $230 shipped. I know it's not the best but i'm just ready to get this bike done. I'm a machinist in a fab shop so if it looks weak, i'll beef it up.

DOH!!!! I wish I would have seen this thread sooner. I could have gotten you a MUCH better swingarm, with a round house carrier for an insane price. Next time!

I think you may have made a mistake going to Ebay. Great deals to be had here.

Really interested in that swingarm but I won't have any cash till after Xmas.

I could always sell it and get another one later if it doesn't work out. I really wanted it in black, but roundhouse would be nice.

 

What kind of price are we talking for a used roundhouse in black? All the ones i could find were $350+
