You have to have street running gear like turn signals, horn, ect. Not sure if there is an additional permit or license plate required. 1 Quote

Last time someone told me that I was talking about building a chopper with a plated box frame. 4 months later I took first place in the biker build off I entered. 6 months after that the bike had a 2 page spread in a national magazine. I think the banshee trike could be cool, not sure I want one bad enough to put the effort in. Quote
