special06shee Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 A kid we ride with runs them on a 421 serval.. He does not like them at all! Quote
dave5.0 Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 I ran some few years ago on a drag ported 4 mill stock cylinder. Ran pretty decent. Way more top end than the pro circuits. Way less bottom end too. Louder than hell. Should be comparable to shearers since they're nearly the same pipe. Not 100% on that though. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 They are good pipes. Made by Shearer but to the specs from Vito's. They were a little more trail friendly then the shearers and IMO they ran similar to the CPI pipes. Quote
LowlyOilBurner Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 I'm running these on a 485 PV motor and have no complaints. On the other hand, I have nothing to compare them to, as these have been the only pipes I've ran on this motor. I did run them on a stock stroke/bore 350 with hardly any mods (some fucking Toomey intake filter thing, VF2 reeds, and proper jetting). Not exactly the best on low end, when I added the VF2 reeds, It seemed to wake it up quite a bit more on the low end. I'd like to try some Shearer SB's on the 485 motor, but these work for now, so I quess I'll save the $550.00 for something else. Quote
