shakar Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 id check caps and coil to start .30pilot seems abit fat.prob not your issue but imo id go down to a 27 1/2. im guess you have duel carbs and a 2 into 1 filter set up.it would' nt be hard to sync a 2 into 1 intake . goodluck Quote
Jonny72888 Posted September 29, 2012 Author Report Posted September 29, 2012 I had27.5 and it seemed lean. Ill check the cap. Quote
Jonny72888 Posted September 30, 2012 Author Report Posted September 30, 2012 Choke tube is inplace. Si I switched the plug wires from one side to the other and it got better was ut still not 100% That doesn't make sense. They fire at the same time. If the wire or coil was bad shouldn't the problem switch sides? Quote
007banshee Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 Electronics can be intermittent, still check your coil and caps. Clean your carbs again. Quote

sheerider11 Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 Are the little caps on the spark plug tight? Did you gap the plug? Quote
Jonny72888 Posted September 30, 2012 Author Report Posted September 30, 2012 Yea the caps are tight. The plugs are pre gapped to 34 I think and I just leave them there. Never had a problem before. Should I try another gap. This is also the 3ed set of plugs with the same problem. Quote
