Ok so the black white stripe wire is not working as I thought... I'm still having the same problems from the beginning... I checked the switches they look fine, removed the wiring harness from the frame to insure. No breaks any where! I noticed the back light is not working now... Does this seem like the CDI box is messed up??

Do both switches have a good ground ? If you look at the diagram and trace it sounds to me like a grounding issue on the black wire

Following the diagram its suppose to ground to the stator and cdi box correct? If correct then yes they have a good ground.

Well i am new to the Banshee world myself and not overly familiar with it yet. However I am an outboard engine tech and all I do all summer is diagnostics on engines and it seems to me like its gotta be a grounding or wrimg issue as both switches are unlikely to be bad at once .Check the switches with a good meter and make sure they do what they are suppose to all the way thru the harness and I bet you'll find it

Unplug the CDI box. Connect your multimeter to the black and black/white wires at the CDI connector. Your multimeter should show open circuit with the kill switch in the run position and just a few ohms of resistance in the stop position. If you don't have that, then things are not OK.
