421 cub jetting help

Looking for some jetting help.. running cheetah 421 motor 34mm kiehin carbs k&n filter. Box with no lid.fmf sst pipes v force reeds.....elevation 1000 i think....the carbs come from someone.so not sure what the jeets are.now but looking for a good place to start

Mine is drag ported and with bigger carbs, but oughta be a close starting point. Worse case its rich and you have to come down. 55 pilots, dek needle 2nd clip from top, 160 mains. Like I said I'm runnin a little more than you so you might start a size or so smaller. Depending what needle you have also.

I have pwk35's on my cub.. Cel needle,start in middle postion, 155main, 50pilot.. Thats should get you fairly close!!

PJs are very temperamental. They've got to be spot on or the bike will not run right. The jetting in the PJs will be different from the PWK.

I have a aggressive 4 mill cub with 35 pwks and I had the bike dyno tuned at redline racing. I have a 48 pilot, cel needle on the 4th clip and 152 mains. I ride at sea level on the Oregon Coast.
