Are these rims ok to use?

So i decided to order some new tires for mx. I have 8 inch rims already. Not sure what brand. I made a noob mistake of not checking the hub bolts when I first bought it. One tire came off the quad, and damged the holes making it a oval shape. They have a few dents as well which im not to concerned about. Mainly just the hub holes

No... get new wheels... those look like blue labels and would have collapsed if you hit a good sized jump on an MX track anyway.

Whats your guys thoughts on the G force wheels? 29.99 each seems like a good deal.

 

Seems like they would be as good as any other similiar style alluminum rim?

Haha , it kinda does. But thats the damage from the wheel flying off while sliding around a corner. Just glad it didnt happen in 6 gear WFO

I run those GP rims for TT racing... i wouldnt trust them anywhere except on smooth ish riding places.

 

 

Get the XC version.. its just a bit more then those GP's and are re inforced

 

Ya i was looking at those as well. Might as well spend the little extra and get a better product. Thanks man i appreciate your input.

Thanks for the offer man. Good deal for sure, but I have those on my 9" rims. I hate how they get packed with dirt after a couple laps. Im gonna try the gforce xc-1. They are reinforced as well. Thanks man

I have red labels will bend the edges on concrete blocks but good rims.

Heres the new tires, very happy With the rims

And tires. They look awesome and im sure they will hook up awesome, going tomorrow so ill let u guys know how they hook. Never had new tires, always like 60% tread or so lol. Im sure te traction is gonna be awesome with the -1.5 swinger.
