Frame and arms were blasted and hit with spray gun ( not can) last winter when i did the engine

Had the arms and bumper done again last month when i did the control arm bushings.

No. Got bill of sale from previous owner ( a snap-on dealer that took it on a debt) and i will give a bill of sale. Tried getting a title for my last one and the dmv said a title is not required in Illinois

Dude that's a crock, Illinois will impound your shit without a title. Jesse will come get your shit and ass rape u. And the many bills of sale I got and took to the DMV they always handed them back to me and said we don't want this. Ended up in the trash.

I know multiple people from Illinois and Minnesota who register there quads in wisconsin and get the registration card/trail stickers since we have all the good trails for riding and we're close neighbors. No titles given or needed in Wisconsin!
