blk02banshee Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 Anybody know the headlight bulb #s for 02 and up? I thought they changed in 02, but can only find #s for 87 up. Every place I look has the same one listed for all years. If they ARE different, will the old bulbs fit in the newer housing? Quote

guns4children Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 I'm pretty sure they are the same. I just orderd some tusk bulbs from rmatv and the were just listed as banshee. You could use their "filter" feature on the site to get the exact bulb you need. Quote
bansheesandrider Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 ALL years of Banshees use the H6M headlight bulbs. The TAIL LIGHT bulb changed in 02 because they added the BRAKE LIGHT which required a double filament 1157 bulb instead of the old style single filament wedge base bulb. The only changes made to the headlights were switching from a glass lens on the early bikes to a plastic lens on the newer bikes, and they changed the wiring connectors a couple of tiimes. Quote
