Okay, like I said, how do you know the carbs are synched? Just cause your crank seals are new doesn't mean they can't leak. And you say there new, so you had the cases split. Did you seal them up good enough?

Theres the you tube link you can see the build. I synced the carbs with a hose oil tool And leveled them out. Could it be a needle jet or main?

Looks like oil or tranny smoke, If it were your pre mix i would think it would clear up some once under a load and warm. Keep your eye on the tranny fluid level cause i think your burning more than gas on that side. Having one side jetted might cause it too but thats alot of smoke for even jetting to cause.

def check those plugs.. that's a lot of smoke for sure. it has to be a prob in that carb or the cylinder head... check compression in both see if there is a differance.. look for the simple things first ... good luck!

Looks like you were right. tranny fluid was a half low, so i took the cover off and fond the crank oil seal was bad. i have another one. is there a way to change it without splitting the cases?
