shipping and postage?

How do you ship things cheaply overseas? I had a couple of offers on my pipes but shipping to australia seems to be crazy expensive? While shipping to Canada seem cheap in comparison.

 

What have others found the best/cheapest way to ship to remote locations from the US?

there is no cheap way to ship to au unless you go parcel post... it will take over a month to get parts there with parcel.

Parcel sucks. If they lose your shit or misplace it you're fucked. I used to ship shirts and stuff parcel, but after shipping some to Cameron at Redline I won't do that anymore. They for whatever reason couldn't deliver the package and sent it back to the post office, where I had to PAY for the return shipping... At least with priority you don't get fucked that way.

 

So basically, I take a big hit on shipping now just so that I have some sort of coverage.

I have just gotton to the point where I won't ship stuff outside the lower 48. Its a massive pain in the ass, and costs a ton. Not worth my trouble.
