MLack Posted April 4, 2012 Report Posted April 4, 2012 (edited) Hey folks. Just wondering what a good start with jetting this would be. I have looked through the PINNED thread but couldn't find anybody with my mods and similar elevation. So here is a rundown of the mods: - FMF Fatty w/ PC-2 silencers - Wisco Pro-lites - Stock carbs - Foam filter. No lid - Stock head shaved .020 - Stock cages w/ Boysen “Power” 2-stage reeds. (I may or may not end up porting them, not sure if it makes a difference tho) - Stock porting - +4deg ignition timing - 50:1 Amsoil. - Under 1000ft elevation - 70-90deg with little humidity. I am thinking 290main, 27.5pilots, 3rd clip on the needle, and 2turns out on the screws. Thoughts suggestions comments?? Thanks guys, -Matt Edited April 4, 2012 by MLack Quote

ticktock Posted April 8, 2012 Report Posted April 8, 2012 should be pretty close with that set up Yes, that is where I would start. It is a safe setup! do a couple WOT runs and check the plugs to be sure. Adam Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted April 8, 2012 Report Posted April 8, 2012 You'll prob end up with 270 or 280 mains Quote
