Stock port timing

Just curious, anybody know the stock transfers and exhaust port timing on a banshee motor.

how do i measure this myself? i know you take a degree wheel and mount it on the crank, then measure in degrees how long the port stay open but is there an area of the piston your measuring from? the leading edge or is it the top of the piston?
