with a mini da sander with 220 grit then 600 now i need to wet sand and another coat then clear

lookin good, what color were they before?

They were white but very stained and discolored that is the main reason i did this and I like RED

i have a feeling though, if you ride in the woods or pressure wash it, i cant see it holding up.

We tried similar thing with my buddies blaster with VHT plastic paint, and it got all chipped up from rocks and shit.

I painted mine and have had no trouble with it... I'm in trails, ditches, creeks, and gravel all the time riding. Plus I rolled it a cpl weeks ago and everything is holding up nicely...

What did u use for paint was it krylon and what color

did you use a flex primer? I did on my tank plastics after sanding and what not. it held pretty good for a year and a half. some paint is chipping now. maybee I didnt use enough clear coat not sure. hope you have better luck

I sanded mine and sprayed bullydog adhesive before painting. going on its third summer and still holding up. It's starting to get dull now, thinking about having jd aquafuse platic really soon.
