DaweOne Posted February 22, 2012 Author Report Posted February 22, 2012 dont know what to tell you for your friend hitting 71 mph on top speed but theres not a single bike that comes out the factory the same just like cars i have a friend with a ford escape with the 3.0l and manage to get 15 flat on 1/4 mill cant figure it out i guess its the way of life lol Quote
DaweOne Posted February 22, 2012 Author Report Posted February 22, 2012 i wanted to know how i could get in front on a 300ft drag but maybe this summer it will be a nother story if i gear down will it be spinnig more on me ? or will i go threw the gears faster and make that help me? or maybe banshees arent that good for ice drags cauz the weight ratio( heavy front)? The gearing down Is gonna make it harder to launch without spinning the tires but it will also get you to run down your buddy fast too" Quote
Poolman Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 My neighbor bought a Raptor 700 two years ago. I walk his Raptor all the time, and I can tell it upsets him, lol. I paid 3K for my Banshee used He paid 7.4K for his Raptor New. His top speed is 70 MPH. Somtimes I'll just get up to 70 with him and then just nail it and walk by him, not real fast but all the time,lol. I probably got a top speed of 72 or 73. Quote
