An Ignorant Frame Question

I was looking at the frame today and I just noticed that the lower tubes are not even and straight. The right tube runs forward and inward toward the center line then takes a turn to run straight forward. The left tube simply runs forward at an angle to the area where the tubes join.

 

Is this normal or did mine take some sort of hit?

It's normal, but it definitely looks like something is jacked up when you look at them from the bottom.
