kevincurtis Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 Hey there guys, Im currrently running a 4 mill crank with my stock cylinders bored out 20 thou, I Have vito's 404 big bore cylinders and a Pro design cool head that i would like to install this spring. I was wondering if i could get some info on which size domes i should use for the big bore and which domes for my 20 thou cylinders Im running now ? I live in New Brunswick Canada, I'm at sea level and im going to be running pump gas , I have 30mm keihin d-slide carbs and 130 main jets. Thanks any info appreciated - Kevin Quote
EvilBanshee Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 i have a similar engine to yours, i run the vito's 421 68mm bore x +4mill stroker. I run 22cc domes on it. I run av gas. 100LL. and my timing is advanced 5 degrees. If i were you i would get 23 cc or even 24cc domes for it if you only can run pump fuel. As for the smaller engine, you could easily get away with 19cc domes with 91 octane. Quote

kevincurtis Posted January 22, 2012 Author Report Posted January 22, 2012 With my smaller engine, I have 21cc domes, will that do the trick ? Im going to be trying the .040 vito's superstock pistons Quote
