so i was going through my moose rebuild carb kits that i got last year, and was looking at a these small jets that i believe they are the main air jets but they say 160 and there suppose to say 1.6 im just wondering does moose just do this as like a different sizing increments or just are they miss prints or what help please.

larry is right, we need to know, stock carbs? what type of carbs do you have?

im not sure what they would be for, pilot jets are normally 25-27.5 and mains should be larger around 260-340+

They are the airjets, just installed these kits on my banshee. Look at the inlet side of your carb at the base of the opening, its there.

I know this is old, but I've got to ask.

 

My engine builder is telling me to remove the Toomey Needles and run the stock needles in the middle groove on my otherwise stock motor except for pods and T5's.

 

I only have the needles that came in the Moose Racing Carb Rebuild Kit.

 

What are you thoughts on these needles?

Are they just as good as stock?

 

Also, the previous owner really tore up the drain screws, are there a set in the Rebuild Kit?
