Infamous039 Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 No breather hose hooks to the coolant bottle. If you do that you will get coolant inside of your cases which means you will either destroy the transmission or crank. The coolant bottle is routed back to the radiator only. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 long radiator hose goes to the coolant bottle....that and that only goes there. The breather tube that comes off the BACK of the motor (near the rear motor mount) runs along the top of the motor and connects to a T fitting that goes to the clutch cover and the other end routes up to the handle bars... gangstahic Posted December 20, 2011 Author Report Posted December 20, 2011 sorry i was routing all this off the top of my head...im talking about the T line like jereme stated so just run those long lines with the wires up by the handlebars n let them chill? Quote
Jereme6655 Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 yup.....its just a breather to vent any pressure that may be built up in the trans and the clutch pack..... the line goes up and to the square wire holder that is connect to the steering stem support. The reason for getting the tube that high is to prevent water from going down the tube and filling trans/clutch. Quote
gangstahic Posted December 20, 2011 Author Report Posted December 20, 2011 Good looks preciate it Quote
