what jets from stock to pro circuit pipes

I have a 99 shee that is all stock except for a pro design filter adapter and a k&n filter with outerwears and I am putting on pro circuit pipes and silencers, what jets will I need to ride safely at 1450 elevation, also would it be best to run with the lid off the airbox?

I did a quick google search and found this "I Called Pro Circuit and they said run 260 mains at sea level" and there was another guy running no lid and a K&N with 310 mains and 30 pilots...here is the link

lid with 6 holes no snorkel 280 mains 27.5 pilot 1.5 out.no lid u might need 300.start with 280 if u wanna keep lid for muddy conditions.get those air box vent filters,they work well.
