bad 350 shee Posted June 21, 2011 Report Posted June 21, 2011 well i putting crank seals in my banshee are there tricks to them? like i was told to pack them with grease and either glue or put yamabond around them? is that right and is there anything else? i just want to do this right Quote

camatv Posted June 23, 2011 Report Posted June 23, 2011 use OEM seals.. period.. i usually smear a very thin coat of yamah bond on the outside of the seal around the case. i have also put them in dray with no problems. never ever ever use sealer on a base gasket escpecially the paper ones it WILL blow out.
