i just bought a 2001 banshee and im rebuilding the top end. theres some dg pipes on craigslist and im wondering what they will do? i'll mostly be riding logging roads and trails.

dg's are shit.

 

fmf's, toomeys, dmc's, pc's, ptr's would be a nice pipe for fastish trails. cpi and rocket's/r2's would be good for strong mid and top.

let us know your mods, and when you find a pipe let us know.

everyone has a input i for one love fmf fatty's or fmf sst's there both GREAT pipes

fmf fatty's , fatty SST's, procircuit, DMC , t-5, trinity are all great pipes. much better than DG dg are basically stock pipe performance with differnt looks you will hate them

 

shear, sniper, cpi, rockets are all upper RPM pipes. BUT the cpi, and from what i have read rockets are decent mid-top pipes.

dg are way oldschool. i have 2 sets of fatties, one mint, one not so mint, and a set of bills, pm me if u need pipes.

Considering the DG do little to nothing consider saving up a little more or keep an eye out for a deal on something else, be patient. Got my son a set of FMF Gold series for $35, obviosly not in good condition, little weld, a can of high heat paint = good enough. Ain't no trailer queen.
