Infamous039
Dont for get Yamabond #4 to seal the cases and get a fresh clutch kit since you dont know the history of the bike.
Phelps
water pump and seal. if the bike is very old, or never had the coolant changed the impellers fall apart.
BigRed350x
I did a bottom end rebuild walk-through. Its a sticky at the top of the repairs and mods section. Check it out if you have any questions on the rebuild.

blubyyou
A Clymers manual...I'm not being a smartass either!!! That book was the best thing I have every purchased for my bike. It realy helps out when you forget where a piece goes, torque spec, adjustments, ect. I'm not second guessing your mechanical ability at all.... good luck with the rebuild!
