someone on the impact, unscrewing it, and someone uses a hammer to hit it?

or use a thick phillips head screwdriver and beat it out?

spray with pb blaster first though.

tried the impact and pb blaster, i think the bolt might be bent? and i used a punch insdide of a screwdriver to beat it out but still didnt budge?

i had to cut mine off. since you want to reuse the arm, center punch and drill both ends of the bolt off.

but how am i soppused to get the bolt out if i drill the ends off? i belive the bolt is bent like in the middle of the arm

you will have to replace the sleeve and the bolt. you drill the ends off so you can get the a arm off. you could use a die grinder if you are careful.

I tried alot of things to save the bolt in mine. easier just to buy a new one from bikebandit.com for $4 i think they offer the sleeve too if your rebuild kit didnt come with them.

just cut it off and buy new. they are pretty cheap. you probably spent more in running the air tools and all the pb blaster, rust eater adnd time to try to save a 3 dollar bolt..
