03banshee20 Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 hey i need quick help. i broke a throttle cable on my banshee and it ran great before this. so i have 290 mains. air screw is out 1.5 turns fmf ssts. vf3. +4 timing. i got a new throttle cable and put it together and its way too rich. what happened? Screamin_Banshee Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Hmm. you shouldnt have changed the airflow of the motor with just a cable. Is it lifting the slides all the way? Needles sitting all the way down in the slides? If it was me, I'd pop the carbs off and give a good cleaning. Quote
