  1. try 290 mains with 27.5 pilot and needle in the middle position and airscrew out 1.5 turns should be perfect
  2. 03 shee trinity stage 4 2-1 carb kit with 36mm kehin carb uni pod no airbox, dmc aliens, +4 timing, vforce reeds, cool head 20cc domes, running 93 pump gas, 500ft elevation, 60-80 degree weather, i need pilot and main sizes. thanks guys

  4. i have fmf ssts v force reeds trinity stage iv 2 into one intake and a 36mm carb +4 timing elevation is 600 ft and weather is 60-90 f. im running 52 pilot jet and 180 main its off a bit need help for what size it should be. thanks
  5. i garrentee the problem is your carb bowls are on the wrong side. the choke leaver side carb should have a brass pin in it on the back and a little jet on the inside. switch them and she shold run just fine and start in 1-3 kicks like mine does
  6. i brought my 03 banshee in cause it would barley run i put 2 plugs in it cause it seemed like it was running on one plug then i took it apart found out i had a broken reed. fixed that and then put it back together and no spark. all swithes asre on and it was working good when i shut it off. what the hell?
  7. yes plugs are black but not bad ive tried airbox on and off makes no diff

Notice alot of black oil coming out end of silencers and an the front and I know my seals are all good it bogs alot before powerband like I no power I have to slip clutch alot what's goin on??? Helpp has alot of top end
  9. what jets should i be running? i have fmf ssts v force reeds cool head 20 cc domes 150 psi comp 400 elevation +4 timing. running 290 mains and 30 pilots seems rich but when i go down to a 280 it is lean. spark plug is black. And it spits oil out the silencers and where the pipe meets the cylinder. dont tell me its my exhaust seals there brand new so are the silencers. and when i get on it and go through the gears it looses fuel and cuts out. idk what to do.

  11. Do i have to jet leaner or richer or just leave it the same if i go from 93 octane to 104 i have sst pipes vf3 reeds +4 timing cool head 20cc domes 150 psi comp 290 mains 27.5 pilot elevation 490 ft i want to drag and get top performance so should i switch orr what

  14. i have 03 banshee fmf sst vf3 +4 timing cool head 22cc domes elevation is around sea level and air temp 70-90 degrees it bogs alot on low end with 0-1/4 throttlee.. i think my mains are good. but too big of pilots. mains are 290 and pilots are 30. i noticed i have 2 strok oil coming out up front and a little out the back. plugs are not white at all there mostly black on the part thats supposed to be white. also with the air box off i rev it to 1/4 throttle and i noticed a mist of gas comes out the back of carbs. but 1/2 to full revving it none comes out. can someone help?? thanks
  15. thanks man. and i think its too rich but not sure because the outside of the plug like at the bottom of the threads isnt even colored at all. but the white part inside that plug thats supposed to be white is pure black. so is the hook part black and has some carbon buildup already and only been run 5 or 6 times. too rich or lean? i bellieve too rich. also im getting alot of black 2 stroke oil coming out of the exhaust in the back and up front where it meets the cylinders and it has fresh seals. wtf. lol this is a pic of what plug i use the iridiums

  17. Ok i got an 03 banshee sst pipes vf3 reeds +4 timing cool head 22cc domes ekevation is about sea level running 290 mains stock pilots. It wont start only sometimes it. Doesnt start after sitting overnight. I have to either push start it or use either which i hate doing .If it sit for 5 or 6 hours its finee. Caan someone help me with my problem tell me how to adjust the float heights and get them where there supposed to be( if there even off) i also notice on a 70-80 degre day its really doggy and not. Smooth on low end like it used to be But when it hits powerband its gone Also it was just rebuilt has 120 lbs in both cyl

  20. Will it hurt my stock banshee with cool head and 22 cc domes if i dropped 20 cc domes and still used pump gas (93) would i be alright??
  21. can someone get me picsof the right side main bering mine looks like the little pin sheared off and the bering moved and the pin piece went up in the motor and tore my head and piston up. but im not sure. also what do i have too do to change crank berings thanks
  22. i took my bottom end all apart and i am getting ready to put it together i just cant find the little pin that goes in the left side crank bering to keep it from spinning in the case (also the 2 middle ones but i have those) how the frig do i get one of those? and also how long are the studs fror the pro design cool head because i need some just got a cool head. someone helpp.
