Antiny Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 I'm assembling my Banshee (first one) and have no reference for how the wiring harness should be routed and the optimum points to attach to frame. My CDI box is in the stock location in rear. If anyone has a photo or diagram would be appreciated. Also could not find the same for the cable routing in front. Got it as a bit of a basketcase, so want to make sure I do it right. Quote
WINDYCITYJOHN400 Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 Box-O-Banshee = Need a Clymers manual. It'll save you alot of time and has some nice pics to help you out getting it all back together correctly. Quote
vifferman Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 Where are you located? Maybe you can find someone local with a Banshee that will let you see their bike. Most everything really only has one way to go without binding. The wiring rides along the top right (sitting on the bike) rail of the frame and all the cables tuck behind the radiator. Everything goes through the small square hoop (sometimes it's been cut open) in the front of the frame. Getting a manual is always a good idea. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 I didn't pay attention when I tore my son's apart, had a bitch putting back to gether even with manual and some help. Get some stuff on then either not like it or was in way of something. Quote
