Ok, so its idling correct, but one of the cylinders doesnt seem to be running correctly. The right one has the familiar ning ning ning ning ning as it idles, but the left seems to be making the occasional kinda pop ning ning pop etc onlt really subtle, you can hardly hear it.........................sorry for the sound effects, I felt it was the best way to explain? Any ideas?

I have been presently trying to dial in my PJs with another member.

Nope, no access to a sync tool, but I could buy one if its something I should have. I have looked at them in the past, is there one type/style thats a better type than another? Both cylinders are running at 125-130lbs

A sync tool is definitely a good thing to have with dual carbs, you can be more exact instead of eyeballing. When they're synced you should notice a cleaner rev and better running quad.

F.A.S.T carries them: http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=59

You may also want to check and make sure your coil, wires, and caps are good. An easy way to tell is to swap the wires, if the condition moves to the other cylinder, it's the wires/cap.

Alright, Im gonna order one from Jeff, thanks for the suggestion.

I bought a set of wires from UAP, is it as simple as cutting the correct end off the wire, pushing it up into the coil, and onto the cap, is it that easy?
