But anyhow i prefer fmf gnarlies for low mid/cpi inframes for top end

Do you have stock pipes now? More than likely you have stock bore (or slight overbore) because if a person built a big bore , 68mm + it would be ported with pipes.

 

Be aware you will need to rejet with pipes. Read a lot in the exhaust/jetting forum, a lot to learn in there.

i bought the bike with bills pipes i had a bore i think the bore is a .60 bore if that sounds right? but i dont have a big bore kit

SO IF WHAT IM READING IS RIGHT CPI PIPES WILL PERFORM BEST IF MY CYLINDERS ARE PORTED RIGHT? BUT WILL TOOMEYS T6 DO JUST AS GOOD A JOB? MY OBJECTIVE IS TO BE MY NEIGHBOR HE HAS A YFZ 450R STCK CRANK SHAVED HEADS I HAVE BANSHEE VF3 REEDS JUST ORDERED TIMING PLATE IM BORED TO .60 WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO MOSTLY RIDE DIRT ROADS AND SOME TRAIL

If you run toomey pipes, T-6s are better for stock ports, T-5s are better for ported

T5 + shaved the head, +4 timming , pro design filter, 15 tooth sprocket.

 

and you will smoke them.

thx bro will this set up be ok to still ride for everyday dirt road and tril use?
