Pros and cons of Shearer inframe SB vs. Shearer out of frame SB pipes?

I'm going to order a set of small bore shearer pipes next week and sell my power pro in frame pipe setup. What are the pros and cons between the shearer in frame vs. out of frame small bore pipes?

 

I know the out of frame will make more power but how much more? This bike rides in the back of my truck so how is clearance with the out of frame? The bike has a +8 swingarm going on it so it will be a drag only setup.

 

This is a stock cylinder 4 mill motor setup that runs strong for what it is and i plan to build a cheetah cub 4 mill later in the year.

It will still fit in your truck. the OOF's make like 3-4 more hp than the in-frames. The db levels would be the next big difference. OOF's are obviously louder unless you went with the silenced ones. The OOF's don't like to be duned very much. They tend to move around a little more and put more stress on their mounts. I wouldn't dune OOF pipes. If you want to dune ride go with the IF's. You said you are going to drag only, so I'd go with the un-silenced out of frames. If you order them through matt, have him weld on the flanges so you could bolt up some silencers later if you wanted to, or if you travel somewhere that has sound restrictions.

I have a 2011 raptor 700 with a big 3 kit on it for dune riding and the banshee will be strictly drag. I'm probably going to get the OOF pipes for what i plan to do with it. There ain't much sound restrictions in southwestern arkansas and NE texas lol so im going to go with silencers.
