BUILDER Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 I try to start my stock Banshee ans it dont. One or the carburetor just leek the gas n'y the overflow when i turn the peatcok on. What could it be? Well if it is running gas out the overflow then the float is stuck. Take the carbs off and clean then good and it should be fine. Quote
400sbc Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Posted February 4, 2011 Would it because of that it wont start?Normally it always Start first kick Quote
Jereme6655 Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 if its a bad enough stuck float it will flood your motor and keep it from firing right. pull those carbs off and take the bowls off (one at a time cause they ARE different) and then clean the hell outta them. Quote
KlotzBanshee Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 Really? This has to be a bad joke. Quote

KlotzBanshee Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 Buy on of these and read it. Best money you'll spend on your banshee. http://www.clymer.com/Book.aspx?bid=598&title=Clymer+Yamaha+Banshee+1987-2006 Quote
