I came up on this on craigslist and the guy said he will take 2200 for it, im not sold on it because he doesn't have a title for it either. BANSHEE HP Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 its prolly a 472cc, says it need new pistons... theyre like 175 per piston, it may need new nikasil(225-250), may need new domes 70 or so. a 472 cheetah with fmfs is a good clue that the bike is not properly put together, along with the needing new pistons. I have a 472. It's a 4mil 72 bore. Or you can go bigger. It might be a 72.5 bore. A 73 bore is the 485 and the 73.5 bore is the 492. But if he was trying to run an FMF pipe on that motor....he surely built way too much heat into it. It might have run for a while, but not all day. Heck for an offer of $2,000 you might get a great deal. On the other hand....you might literaly get a steal. Whatever it is, it's going to need new domes, because ALL the 4mill cheetahs come with a incorrect dome design. Buy it and part it! Quote

I am not to sure but I think that this guys might have been running a different pipe and threw the fmf's to sell it.
