i have a 94 banshee, stock stroke, 65mm bore, with a midrange port jobs, +4 timing, 20CC domes, v-force 3 and K&N pods and t-5s. Currently im running stock carbs, 310 mains, 27.5, toomey needles on the 3rd from the top. Im thinking of upgradeing to bigger carbs.. Whats size does everyone recommend for this set up.

I'll second that! 28mm Keihin PWKs would work well. You could run 35mm PWKs, but thats a little much for a stock stroke mid-range oriented motor. It'll pull slightly more at the very top than 28s but it will bog more at lower rpm and throttle response wont be as crisp as 28s.
