t5's and 9x9 wheels

I dont know much about these they are my buddys. They are in good shape with no dents, have some rust but can be cleaned up easy and re painted

No dents at all, as far as I can tell its just surface rust should come right off with a sand blaster might even come off sand paper or steal wool

I just double checked it looks like there could be some pitting but very minimal. I just took some sand paper to it real quick and it seems to come off fairly easy but it looks like there could be some pitting.
