jetting help

hey guys, i just got done rebuilding engine an wanted to get a baseline idea for jetting.. stock stoke, mild dune port, stock head, boysen power reeds, stock carbs, no tors, stock airbox with K&N, lid on, toomy T5, im at approx 800 above sea level, but will be going to glamis this weekend. jets currently are 300 mains an 25 pilot, needle second clip from bottom, an air screw is 1 turn out. i can start bike easily, but have to have choke pulled to first position to get it to not bog or die when i give it gas. any help will be appreciated thanks in advance
