Can you rebuild a stock clutch basket?

So I have been out of the banshee scene for a while and im helping a buddy do some work on his banshee and Im Wondering if you can rebuild a stock basket?? Pounded the rivets out and now wondering if its even possiable to rebuild it??

brand new billet ones are 155 from fast, the stock basket is a weak link, easily notched up. just go billet.
