lms1977 Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 How far do you want to go? Most people for starters will do Ported Cyl to your riding style Cool / Noss head with domes to your style (depending on what you want to run fuel wise and compression wise) Adjustable timing plate... most cases set at +4 degrees.... Bigger carbs or remove tors (depending on your riding style most will recomend PWK's) 28mills on a moded stock engine do good. This is basic engine mods.... if you want bigger then your openning a whole new can of shit and i def cant help ya there lol... x2 Suspension wise.... +2's with works / elkas / fox / podium ext will do ya some good then figure out if you want long travelle or standard travelle shocks... most get standard seeing its much more affordable... alot of people use stock rads and still have optimal cooling. IMO id recomend getting a inline temp gauge... always nice to know the approx temp of the engine...and gives you a guidline on how hott your engine is running.. Clutch... alot of people change the springs to 3 light and 3 heavy dute ones for easier pull... and use different fibers from a site sponser which I beleive Jeff at F.A.S.T supplies... along with investing a pancake bearing. and use a site sponser they will help you with anything you need! F.A.S.T, Wildcard, M&M ext... they all have great customer service and do awesome work Quote
