nphillybanshee Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 What kind of HP should I expect from my banshee. Its in shop getting drag port done, 35mm keihin carbs timing plate v force reeds installed it has fmf power core 2's on it. And what is the most anyone on here knows about a stock crank banshee making HP wise. Quote
12 0 Clock P I M P Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 ill go on a whim for a stock crank with a port job and bumped timing.........50???? My four mill drag port is around 75 so mayyyyybe you'll hit 50 Quote
06specialedition Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 If its good port work and you set the bike up right you should run 60-65. I'm running about 60-65 on my ported 350 with welded stock crank. But there could be a differance in HP running the fmf's, when I run Cpi's. Now I've never had mine dynoed...so I'm not 100% sure, but its ran right next too shee's with 65HP and they've all had riders who weigh 40lbs less than me.. and I kept up no problem. Who is building your bike? I would Ask them what kind of numbers to expect HP wise. Quote
Pasi S. Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 My friend has a stock stroke, stock port, 66mm bore cylinders, coolhead 20cc domes, 34PJ´s, VF3´s, K&N´s and timing advance. Pipes are T5´s. It made 51HP´s and 34.7 lb/ft of torque. Here is the paper. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 how come the dyno chart shows it made 46 ft/lbs of torque? Quote
nphillybanshee Posted December 4, 2010 Author Report Posted December 4, 2010 Thanks for the input people. I will update with some dyno numbers and some videos as soon as it gets done. Quote
