Has this head been milled?

Been awhile since I have seen a stock head. I dont remember how much material is between the head/dome. I bought this at LS off a 9 year old kid. He told me it was not milled. I was going to go .20 but it looks like it may have already been cut......here is a pic

50 bucks i can send you a blasted head cut to your specs..... milled wise, not re chambered with a new head gasket.

From what my blind eyes see, there is a lip or edge by the water neck , stock is totally flat. BTW , it's only $80 for milled and rechambered head from site sponser.
