OK, so I wasnt sure why, but my axle to me always looked a little cock eyed in the carrier. I asked my buddies to give me their opinion, and they said I was nuts. Welllll, I checked it when I was replacing my chain tensioners, and I was right, there are 2 fewer threads on the left than the right finger tight. Problem is, after I loosen everything off to move the axle back on the left, it wont seem to move, What is this about? Im sure its not common, am I missing something or is this thing just being ornary?

im cornfused, when you tighten down the carrier bolts, unless something is bent that should put it straight,or at least close. i always adjust the chain by hand by pulling back on the axle, then tighten the carrier bolts, then snug up my tensioners

Yeah, I think you hit the nail on the head there with "as long as nothings bent"! Anyone got a rear setup for sale? Ive been looking for an axle, now it looks like I need a carrieir as well
