banshee topend torque specs

got my banshee all ready to be back together but what are the torque specs for the jugs and cylinder head? thanks

20 ft-lbs both cyl nuts and head. cyl in criss-cross patern , head pattern is on head. Do both in stages ,10 ,15 , 20. re-torque head after couple heat cycles ,warm it up comepletly, cool down completely ,repeat , then re-torque.
