Twisted Racing
OK here we go. First run on 1/8 mile asphalt the bike ran lean at about the 330 mark. U know wt happens when that happens. burnt up Trying to hook up a vacum fuel pump i got off ebay. seems to me that the pressure the pump is puttin out is to much for the floats to hold back. its pouring fuel out the power jets and vents on side the carb. wt kind of pressure do them pumps put out and could i use a regulator to drop the pressure and still get enough fuel. im running 39mm mikuni carbs
No Limit Powersports
You will have to change out your needle and seat for a pump.
Twisted Racing
You will have to change out your needle and seat for a pump. Where do u find that. These carbs were suppose to be full alky ready with pump, but you never know with ebay.

Twisted Racing
Try sudco They had them and there on the way. Thanks. What kind of pressure should it hold back without leaking through the overflow
RadarRacing
If you have the black octagom mikuni pump it flows a lot of volume but not a ton of pressure really. Just set your float a hair lower if they leak after you change the seats/needles and make sure you use floats without one side cutoff. Also make sure your gascap is drilled.
