  1. The ball has to be in the clutch setup. the rod goes in first then the ball. the arrow is suppose to line up to the clutch arm without the clutch pulled in. make sure all the clutch disc are in. also do you have the washers on the clutch pusher
  2. Since the last post helped so much. Now im looking for oversized billet carb bowls for the mikuni carbs. THANKS
  3. They had them and there on the way. Thanks. What kind of pressure should it hold back without leaking through the overflow
  4. Where do u find that. These carbs were suppose to be full alky ready with pump, but you never know with ebay.
  5. OK here we go. First run on 1/8 mile asphalt the bike ran lean at about the 330 mark. U know wt happens when that happens. burnt up Trying to hook up a vacum fuel pump i got off ebay. seems to me that the pressure the pump is puttin out is to much for the floats to hold back. its pouring fuel out the power jets and vents on side the carb. wt kind of pressure do them pumps put out and could i use a regulator to drop the pressure and still get enough fuel. im running 39mm mikuni carbs
  6. Yeah u right. 2,700.00 in donaldsonville louisiana.
  7. Im looking to sell my 400ex. Its a 2007 with a 440 big bore with a 6 mill stroker. It has a yoshumira exhaust carbon fiber with stainless head pipe. vapor engine monitor system.
