Do you have to remove the handle bars, everytime you want to take you Fullbore front plastics off??? This is very annoying just to get the plastic off, is there another way thats quicker ?????

i just slide it on from the front by spreading the plastic apart to fit around the radiator and gas tank.

Ya dude. they'll slide off. I have to do the same with my Lakers.

Ditto. They won't stress or break unless you really tweak on them--it's pretty flexible plastic...

just pull them apart and around the bar area. they are tough as shit. i nose dived my bike last year at a hillclimb and all it did was put a couple small cracks in the very front. i figured theyd be trashed but they werent.

I used to turn my bars to make the neck of the plastics have a smother ride in. Dont worry about the flex. Mine were painted and they never cracked.
