demonspeeding42069 Posted May 24, 2010 Report Posted May 24, 2010 Do you know what type of tachometer i could use to check my idel rmps? And where i could i find one? i have a tach on my shee... got it wayy back and still works perfect, even after all the hell i put it through. i do believe its called tiny tach , simple install.... just wrap wire around the spark plug wire and one ground wire, and your set. i cant remember where i got it from though... maybe do a google search. hell i might have gotten it from ebay - to long ago to remember. vulvafan537240 Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 i have a trail tech vapor with the tach built in. it seems to work. i dont have too much use for it though. i bought it for the temp gauge. Quote
Drewski Posted May 29, 2010 Report Posted May 29, 2010 I also run a trail tech vapor computer. It seems accurate but I also only really use it for the temperature. Quote
duramaxsmoke Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 i like the trail tec nice layout Quote
BansheeBanditBrian Posted January 6, 2012 Report Posted January 6, 2012 I bought a cheap one off of ebay, hour meter and tachometer. $25 delivered, no problems. Quote
ticktock Posted January 6, 2012 Report Posted January 6, 2012 I also run a trail tech vapor computer. It seems accurate but I also only really use it for the temperature. I was going to get a Trailtech, but I read that the Tach does not work well. Resetting and other things, so I didnt purchase. I will have to look into getting one again. Adam Quote
