i have a 87-88 suzuki lt 230 and put on a dg pipe, and k&n filter. do you think i need to rejet and such for those ad -ons ? if so just a general idea of what sizes jets, pilots and such do you think i should go with ... or start with?? im in michigan bout 600 ft elev. thanks for any info and help!!

update: seems to have magically fixed itself .... lol i have yet to run it for a bit , but when i filled it up with gas all the way , and ran it up the road... worked fine. im thinkin it wasnt getting enough fuel .... fuel line has a small kink in it the way it is ran, anywho the only other thing i could think of is i know some gas tanks have a filter in pitcock itself (or in the gas tank by it anyway) anyone know if the banshee gas tank does?

fire..... ahhh damn it i was gunna do that to and totally forgot lol .... ill do that first thing tomorrow thanks for reminding me firebanshee!!! as far as the gap ... i dont see why all the sudden it would start this, seems like something like that would be a gradual problem with gapping.

this is making me pretty mad... as i do not have the patience for this lol or time/money either.,... but anyway my problem is this... when i get on the gas all through the powerband... (only had it to 3rd) the left hand pipe/cylinder cuts out, but then will kick back in.... and its only when im drivng it, and on the gas good. in idle or neutral and reving the hell outa it, its fine. i put brand new gas in (not that much though) new spark plugs, checked the spark... it has spark (maybe not enough spark?) compression is at 115 psi each which is ok. i had takin the carbs off and totally apart and cleaned them really good. so unless i just dont have enough gas in it right now, or its not getting enough gas to the one carb, or the coil/wire on the one side isnt producing enough spark.... then i dunno lmao im outa ideas any help would be much appreciated!!!!

i have a tach on my shee... got it wayy back and still works perfect, even after all the hell i put it through. i do believe its called tiny tach , simple install.... just wrap wire around the spark plug wire and one ground wire, and your set. i cant remember where i got it from though... maybe do a google search. hell i might have gotten it from ebay - to long ago to remember.

what ever happened to (brad.. is it?) at tyson racing ? i noticed his site has been down for a while now.... he didnt go outa bizz did he? ya ill just stick with the klots,belray for tranny... when i get the extra $$ i will spring for the royal purple stuff and do a review of it. unless someone hsa tried the royal purple synchromax, but hasnt come forward yet.

really!? wow i thought people would be tryin all sorts of diff clutch oils... guess i shoulda threw in there = what type of premix does everyone use too ?? just curious, i use klots benol most of the time but like to try diff kinds.

im wondering the same thing matt .... i started a thread ( in the wrong section i think) about what people are using for clutch oil. i have tried a few diff kinds, im wondering about the royal purple synchromax for clutch oil... thinkin of trying it. also wonderin what everyone uses for premix as well... just out of curiosity i think im going to make a new thread in the general discuss area, see if i can get everyone to see what the most popular/best oils are.

im sure this has been asked many times before.... but couldnt find it in the search, sooo... name the brand of tranny oil you use and weight if applicable. im thinking of trying royal purples synchromax oil, has anyone tried this before????

wow 17 pages of pretty much crap, face it guys you can turn this roum into a book with 5000 pages and still get no where.... warwgn is still gunna believe in his aliens, or that there is nuthing , and odaen is gunna belive there is a god almighty etc. you might as well close this topic , its pointless...... i could write 17 pages myself on this subject... i went to a "church" school for 8 years and when i got into high school and your basically free to do what u want etc.. i kinda went the oppisite direction because the christanity was pushed on me sooo hard , so i did study on everything i could find about satan and wichcraft and all that and some other religions as well. now that im all grown up had a few years of life under my belt , do i believe in God ?... yes and i do believe there is a satan /or evil you cant believe in one with out the other. FORGET ALL THE BULLSHIT IN BETWEEN !! did god kill this many people, did jesus do that , did mary the virgin do this ...... blah blah blah .... i would rather belive in a god that doesnt exist . then not believe and have him exist! all you have to do is believe. and not worry about all the other crap now ........as far as the bible go'es i think u could cut that thing down to like 100 pages of what really happened and is really true. for example.. the ten commandments... i think they were written by man (not through god ) as kinda like a pre- goverment back in those days to keep people in check , so they didnt kill or covet thy neighbors wife etc. carbon dating..... to me is like a lie dector test i have seen so many tv shows about it where they do a test on something like only 50 years old and it comes back saying its from the like 50,0000 years ago .... its another man made test it will fail !!!! i do believe certin churches are hiding some things as artifacts, books,etc... from back in the day ... maybe to proect us , maybe to keep us in check who knows but there have been many times where a priest, pastor... have come forward and said this.... and then all the sudden after the church has gotten to them ... they back down and say i was lying or i was mistakin we arnt hiding anything. ok im done this is too long already ! until aliens come kidknap me personally and tell me they are the gods, or one of you people on here rambling about this ( as i am ) is on national geographic , magazines and all that with hard evidence proving that there isnt a jesus/ god/holy spirit . my belief is still in god ! and everything else in between can kiss my ass! thank you and good day
