this is what i got a 2000 shee with coolhead 22cc domes,+4timing,chariot billet intake,k&N pods,tore removed,with fmf fatties right now i want to get a set of the new r-2 pipes i live in michigan and i love to support local business i will really only be riding at silver lake now do you guys think this will be a good pipe for my application i will be porting and all kinds of stuff over the nxt winter for more power i talked to tom he said they hit 92 db with no sparkys so they should be good at silver lake right? if not let me no plz would like any input or other suggestions thanks in advance

i have personally run those pipes when Tom first built them. they were good pipes. had good low end and a very strong top end. i would recommend them for just about any motor set up.

i really want them :drool: i just want to make sure i can ride at silver lake to so i dont get out there and get hosed and not be able to ride :cry:

You need sparkies at Silver lake, there's a thread about home made sparkies, might be worth a try

i thought they came with sparkys :unsure: i just sent tom a pm so ill see what i might have to do :headbang:

The R-2s do not have sparkys on them I read a post where Tom said he would install your sparkys if you have them. I would love to have a set also, But for $600 chromed I think that they should come with sparkys because a lot of places that I ride they are required. It would suck to buy these pipes and take a trip and be turned away because of no sparkys. Just my .02
