Larry's Shee
X-2 on swapping plug wires to see if problem follows. My son's 'shee acted simular, cleaned poles on stator, inside of flywheel, lugs on outside, set pick-up gap. Problem solved, your results may vary. Do you still have the locknuts on the carb tops? If so maybe your cable is stretched? Unless you still have a T.O.R.S system on it
