Infamous039 Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 (edited) Please give me some advice on jetting my new setup. I need help on starting with a Main jet and Air Screw. Bike currently runs and idles great with no hesistation. I have 320mains currently, which maybe kinda lean. Please give me some pointers of what I should be close to when bumping up on the mains?? I mods are: CT Racing Ported Cylinders (see SIG pic for type of porting) Stock carbs 30pilot jet Coolhead 21cc Rocket Pipes Vforce 3 reeds +4 timing advance KN air fitler Temp:70-80 deg. shakar Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 our mods are a likl similar and im at sealevel with 340 -271/2 1 1/2 turns air screws and its a bit fat, how are ur plugs lookong alo0s maybe do a plug chop it ll tell u wher ur at , Quote

Infamous039 Posted May 10, 2010 Author Report Posted May 10, 2010 I figured I was kinda close with the 320 mains. I ordered some 330 and 340's to be safe. I am going to try them out and and see how it runs. I prefer to be a tad rich just for some insurance that its good. Quote
