jon321
I was letting my quad idle today and was kinda checking everything out while it was running and I noticed that little washer on the clutch arm was bouncing around, now I assume that washer should be tight right? I put the scewdriver under it so you can get an idea of whats going on. I should be getting my Clymers any day now but in the meantime can you guys give me some info on that washer. Thanks
locogato11283
its just supposed to keep the spring from pressing into the clutch arm seal. if your clutch arm is all the way down, there should be enough pressure to keep the washer from bouncing around. tundish2800
you should have a little piece that goes on top that hold the clutch arm down
locogato11283
you should have a little piece that goes on top that hold the clutch arm down its there. you can barely see it just to the bottom left of the carb bowl. it holds the clutch arm in but doesnt necessarily hold the washer down tight.
